FAQ

Am I fit enough to participate?

You don't need to be superfit to participate but we would recommend that you have a basic level of fitness and should have done some sort of exercise in the last fortnight. A good rule of thumb is that you should be able to comfortably run a mile. If you are not sure whether you are fit enough please feel free to email or call us to discuss it.

I have an illness/injury. Should I still participate?

The session is a full-body workout. We would recommend that you don't participate until you have fully recovered in all but a few exceptions. If in doubt, please email or call us to discuss it further.

How do I join?

Fill out one of our contact forms by clicking here. Alternatively you can just turn up at the appointed time.

What do I need to wear/bring?

Wear comfortable clothing for exercising in that you don't mind getting a bit muddy - you won't necessarily get muddy but you never know. Wear trainers with some grip. Bring water. If it is a cold day wear several layers that you can remove as you warm up. A high factor sun protection lotion is recommended.

Will the class go ahead if the weather is bad?

The class will go ahead in all but thunderstorms or high wind.

On the contact form you ask for my mobile number and email address. Why do you need these? Will you sell these on to third parties?

We will send out a weekly e-mail to let you know what to expect in the next class, where we will be in the park and any other relevant news. We will also be using a free text messaging system called Teamer to notify you by text if there are any last minute changes. Receiving these texts won't cost you anything. You can unsubscribe at any time from these services. We won't pass this information on to any third parties.
