The Royal Parks have teamed up with Training Partner to bring you Park Fitness - outdoor fitness classes with a difference in the beautiful setting of Regent's Park. Sessions are tough but fun full-body workouts and are suitable for all abilities from occasional joggers to ironmen and women.
Saturdays 10.30am - 12pm (March - October only)
Wednesdays 6 - 7.30pm (April - September only)
£8 a session, £4 for students
